Wholesale Eligibility:

Wholesale pricing is available to customers that will be reselling Zoey Christina products to their consumers through an established retail store, boutique, flea marker, craft fair/festival or independent website.

Wholesale pricing is also available for event planners, party coordinators, birthday decorators and more!

Opening orders & Reorders

We love working with other small business’ and want to keep things as simple as possible. We have a minimum order of $100!

Multiple applications can come in with the same zip code. Therefore, you’ll have 30 days upon approval to place an order, or the territory may be given to the next person in line.

Orders can me emailed to us and we will write up an invoice for you to pay through our site.

Pop-ups & Markets

Sellers will not have an exclusive right to sell Zoey Christina© products at any one market, show, pop-up market, festival, or similar venue.

Lead time / Shipping

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship. Most orders will ship much sooner than that but our max wait time can be up to two weeks. Most orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

$100-&149: $15 Flat Rate
$150-$199: $20 Flat Rate
$200-$399: $25 Flat Rate
$400 or more: $30 Flat Rate

Most orders will ship via USPS priority mail. Transit services can change with or without notice at any time. Shipping rates subject to change.

We are currently only accepting retailers from inside the USA.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required before processing and shipping orders.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Cancellation requests need to be communicated to us within 24 hours. We cannot cancel or make changes to orders that are already being processed.

RESALE & PRICING OF ZOEY CHRISTINA© PRODUCTS:

Pricing of the products purchased to resell are up to you. We suggest the same retail that we use on our site, but it is not required.

You may sell Zoey Christina© products at: Brick & Mortar retail shops, gift shops, boutiques, markets, fairs, and festivals. You may also sell on independent website.

COUPONS & DISCOUNTS

Discounts and Coupon codes are not for use with wholesale orders.

DAMAGES\DEFECTS

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Occasionally, there can be flaws or defects on the products that we may miss during packing. Please contact us immediately and within 7 days of receipt of the goods so we can correct it. Claims over 7 days from arrival may be void.

RETURNS\EXCHANGES

Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only give refunds or exchanges in the case of incorrect merchandise as notes above.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate wholesales account privileges at any time, with or without cause.
